Ensembles

For the most part, these are outfits I have put together through Polyvore. I most likely won't own any of these pieces, but they make great ensembles. Enjoy, and if you want to know a brand of a piece, just comment!

This piece pretty much describes my every day personality in clothing. I live in skater skirts and the water color strapless top is just so beautiful. The abstract colors work well, in a strange way, with the black polka-dot skater skirt. I also cannot get enough of oxfords of any kind and these black heels are similar to my obsession. The white purse below is from Forever 21. I know this for a fact because I own it in black. The model below the top, has no relation to the outfit, except for the intricate and gorgeous braid she sports. The rings to the left of her, I think would make a good addition to accessories to this outfit, as would the ring above. Winged eyeliner, pink lipstick, and white powder eye shadow are also shown, all for makeup purposes. Final touches, if you know what I mean. The sketch to the right, along with the mannequin: artistic purposes. The black glasses top left, absolutely chic, vintage, and just... stunning! The Polaroid instant camera is a personal addition, something I want desperately to own. I found it fitting and a nice touch to add to this ensemble, or in reality, this person I created from these clothes.
-------------------------------------------------------------  This collection is titled the Hopeless Romantic. In spirit of Valentine's Day, I found it fitting. This dress is a piece I am absolutely in love with! Modcloth, of course. It's youthful, colorful, but has an air of elegance to it, which is part of the reason it is so appealing. The red heart sunglasses, cliche, but shouldn't every girl have a pair of these? They match just about everything! The red lip clutch is just adorable and matches the scene of love. The pink heels, stunning! I thought they fit the ensemble very well. A nice, meaningful dictionary definition to tie it all together. Along with the black and white sketch top right. That's in there as a sort of reference for myself of what I imagined the hair and the face to appear as. Just one more element to make the ensemble that much more real.
